    The Breakdown:

Merino Wool Sweater Vest – Sweater vests are everywhere right now. A sweater vest is a great addition to your wardrobe, especially if you live in states like Texas. This sweater vest comes in multiple colors and is great for layering for warmth and adding texture to any look. You can see how I layered my sweater vest in this look on my personal social media page by clicking here.

The Giving Keys Black Matte Necklace – This necklace is beautiful and understated. This key necklace is a great way to stay connected to your intentions throughout the day. The matte black finish makes this a great gift for any gender and wearable with most looks. I highly suggest this black matte necklace as a gift for a loved one or for yourself.

Bath Culture High Spirits Hand Sanitizer – Currently SOLD OUT. I love sleek and fun look of this bottle. After the past 2 years, our hands have been sanitized and washed like NEVER before. This spray on sanitizer is gentle and effective. Ingredients such as organic corn oil help this hand sanitizer stay within the realm of the clean beauty world.

    The Breakdown:

Women’s Recycled Knit BeanieThis beanie has been on repeat in my wardrobe the past few weeks. With Texas weather being as crazy as it is….it’s a simple addition to my outfit that I can take off and put in the car once the day starts to warm up. This beanie is made with at least 20% recycled polystester – and while that is not PERFECT, it’s a start. FYI – the first time I wore this beanie, I wore it backward….so, just so you know – the cinched side is the back.

Blinc Ultra Volume Tubing Mascara Tubing mascara has been all the rage lately…don’t worry, if you don’t know what it is, a blog post is coming SOON. Y’all know I don’t recommend beauty products without trying a product MULTIPLE times…this ultra volume tubing mascara is the one you want to add to your make up bag. It goes on smooth and light and is buildable. No chunky eyelashes with this one.

Round Toe Espandrille mules The shift to ethical, sustainable fashion has been slow…and is still in progress. Being a counscious consumer takes time – it’s should not be as hard as it is. My latest find – ethical and sustainable show brand VIVAIA. With spring coming, these mules seemed like a great addition to my wardrobe – they are currently on sale too, which makes it even better.

    The Breakdown:

Bala Bangles – The work from home trend doesn’t seem like its going anywhere….and while it has it’s perks – movement is NOT one of them. I love these Bala bangles to wear around my ankles and/or wrists during the day. These wrist and ankle weights are not bulky which makes their overall aesthetic so much more elevated than their predecessors. Adding weights like these to your daily wardrobe may seem like a small action, but it does have a big impact on your health and muscle strength. And let’s be real, most of us are not “chasing skinny,” instead we have shifted out mindset to being  healthy and strong.

The Little Black Blazer – If you follow my social media, you know how much I love my PWR WMN blazers. These blazers have beautiful fabric combinations, are designed for a woman’s body, and the best part of them, these gorgeous blazers have pockets! Yes, you read that right, women’s blazers with REAL pockets. This little black blazer is perfect for lounging, or when you are out on the go. I’ve worn this with jeans, leggings and a dresses as a true blazer but my favorite way to wear this is as a housecoat….it’s perfect over a tank and feels comfortable and looks great on zoom calls.

Camel Colored Platform Boots – These booties caught my eye MONTHS before I purchased them. I wanted to make sure I would wear them, or I guess I should say….I wanted to make sure I had places to wear them (2021….right?) I love the 90’s throwback style of these boots. With a 3.5 inch block heel and 1 inch platform, these camel colored booties are SO comfortable. These boots pair perfectly with straight leg pants, skinny leg jeans, or wide leg jeans.

    The Breakdown:

Self Care Eucalyptus Bunch: This was my number 1 suggestion for holiday gifts in 2021. If you are looking for self care ideas to get your 2022 off to a positive start, this is it. We have the Eucalyptus bunch in our shower and this is one thing that can single handedly change my mindset. It may be simple, but having fresh, fragrant herbs like Eucalyptus, Lavender, or Rosemary in your shower transforms a moment you are already having in your day into a relaxing, spa like experience. HIGHLY SUGGEST ya’ll, highly suggest.

Tarte Rainforest of the Sea eyeshadow Palette – Currently on sale for $17! 2022 is the year of eyeshadows and colorful make up, but here is the thing, I’m HERE FOR IT, but I cannot go back to the 90’s glitter trends that are popping up everywhere. What I love about this palette is the all the colors are wearable. No weird one off colors in this palette. Another plus, there is a mix of shimmer and matte options that all blend with each other beautifully. Last thing, I want to be clear, these colors have SHIMMER not GLITTER. I know the 90’s are back, but I don’t see myself wearing the full out glitter eyeshadow again.

I Dissent Sweatshirt – Because EVERY time there is an opportunity to honor and remember RBG, every woman should.
